If you're using a Google Android device and cannot access your subscription, make sure you're signed in with the same Google account used for the original purchase.

Steps to resolve:

1. Open the RMB Games app.

2. Go to the Settings section in the app.

3. Tap the Restore Purchase button to regain access to your subscription.

This will restore any active subscriptions linked to your Google Play account.

Additionally, you can check your subscription status by going to Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions and ensure the subscription is still active.
